System structure
Application boundaries, key dependencies, data flows, integration design and whether the current architecture supports the product's next stage.
An independent technical audit for founders and teams who need an honest view of an existing product before they invest more time and money. I review the system, explain the risks in business terms and give you a prioritised plan you can act on.
A defined review of one application, one primary codebase and one deployment environment. Larger or multi-service systems are scoped separately at a fixed price.
Final scope and fee are agreed before work starts. The turnaround begins once the agreed access and project context are available.
Request an audit scope ↗The review is shaped around the decision you need to make: continue building, stabilise, scale, change supplier, or decide whether to refactor or replace.
Application boundaries, key dependencies, data flows, integration design and whether the current architecture supports the product's next stage.
Critical paths, complexity, error handling, duplication, configuration and the practical cost of changing the system.
Authentication and authorisation patterns, secret handling, tenant boundaries, dependency exposure and common application-level risks. This is not a penetration test.
Data model, query patterns, migrations, indexing signals, consistency risks and obvious performance bottlenecks.
Test coverage and quality signals, CI checks, build and deployment process, rollback approach and operational visibility.
Outdated or risky dependencies, third-party service reliance, licensing signals and avoidable infrastructure complexity.
No vague scorecard or generic checklist. Findings are tied to evidence in the system, ranked by impact and written so both technical and non-technical stakeholders can use them.
You have taken over a product, supplier relationship or codebase and need to understand what is safe to change.
You are about to commit budget to a rebuild, new feature set or platform migration and want the assumptions challenged first.
The product works, but incidents, fragile releases, access-control questions or growing technical debt are making progress risky.
You need a senior engineer to review what has been generated or assembled before real customers and sensitive data depend on it.
The audit is useful even if you take the findings to another team. There is no obligation to commission remediation from AGENTBOT. If you do want help, I can quote the priority fixes as a separate, clearly scoped engagement.
Access is read-only by default. I do not need production credentials or live customer data for a standard codebase review. An NDA can be agreed where required.
This is an engineering assessment, not a formal penetration test, legal or regulatory certification, compliance attestation, full load test or guarantee that every defect will be found. Any specialist testing or access beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately. Findings describe the evidence available during the review.
Send a short brief. I'll confirm whether the standard audit fits, what access is needed and the fixed scope before anything is booked.
