LEGAL / DATA PROTECTION

Privacy
notice.

This notice explains how information submitted through the AGENTBOT Studio website is collected, used and protected.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Who is responsible?

AGENTBOT Studio is operated by Esky. The legal controller identity and postal address have not yet been supplied for publication, so this notice does not claim a registered company name or legal form. For questions about personal information or to make a data request, please use the contact form and select the relevant enquiry route. This contact route is monitored by the studio operator.

Information collected

When you submit a project enquiry or client opportunity, the site may collect your name, email address, organisation, project or role details, skills required, budget, working arrangements, links you provide and the message you submit. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in these forms.

The website also uses Vercel Analytics to understand general site usage and improve the service. Analytics information is handled by the relevant service provider.

How information is used

  • To review and respond to project enquiries and opportunity briefs.
  • To assess whether a project, contract or role is a suitable fit.
  • To maintain relevant business correspondence and records.
  • To protect the website and forms against spam, abuse and technical faults.
  • To understand aggregate website usage and improve the site.

Lawful basis

For project enquiries and steps requested before entering a contract, information is processed to take steps at your request and, where relevant, to perform a contract. For opportunity briefs, business administration, security and service improvement, processing may rely on legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. Where the law requires consent, it will be requested separately.

Where information is stored and shared

Form submissions are recorded in the studio's CRM database, hosted by Neon. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics. Where email notifications are configured, relevant enquiry details are sent through Resend so the studio can respond. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Information is not sold to data brokers or used for unrelated advertising.

Depending on provider configuration and the location of their infrastructure, information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer applies, appropriate safeguards are used as required by data-protection law.

How long information is kept

The studio applies the following review periods, subject to any active contract, dispute, legal hold or statutory requirement: unsuccessful project enquiries and opportunity briefs are reviewed for deletion 12 months after the last meaningful contact; active client, contract and delivery records are retained while needed to manage the relationship and resolve claims, then reviewed for deletion or minimisation; invoices, payment records and supporting accounting documents are retained for the applicable HMRC and company-law period. The precise statutory accounting period depends on the legal form and filing circumstances of the business. The CRM does not yet run automatic deletion, so these are manual review targets rather than a claim that records are automatically erased on those dates. Information may be retained longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise a right, use the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through general enquiry forms.
